    The word “syarthah mihjam” or incision is an absolute. There is no other word in the system of blood cupping or hijamah which is mentioned in all the saheeh traditions and books except with the syarthoh method or incision.

    In the Al Mawrid dictionary it is mentioned that the meaning of syarthoh is hyphent (-) punctuation which is usually called a strip, that is, the shape which is in line. The verb syartha, means incese, slash, incise.

    In other modern dictionaries it is mentioned the meaning of syaqqa, meaning to divide, slice. Forms of incisions, hemispheres and different slices with punctures that form points.

    In the book Mirqatul Mafatih in the chapter of Ath Thibb War Ruqa Book, the meaning of syarthoh is a form of fa’lah, meaning ash syaqq, dividing, slicing.

    In Faidhul Qadir, Al Imam Al Qurthuby explains the meaning of syarthoh mihjam is al hadidah al lati yusyrotu biha, an iron knife used for cutting. This is only a small part of this exposition of words in the books of hadith.

    The word syarthoh is strengthened again by another description that the tool used in the process of hijamah or cupping with shahfah, namely as sikkin or using a knife.

    This means that Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu aih Alaihi Wassalam did not arbitrarily choose the method of incision or scratches or syarthoh.

    There is a lesson, there is a very big secret from choosing this method. Even though we know that at the time of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam there was a needle.

    Then if there is an important interpretation now coming out of the blood (basically the origin of blood coming out from the surface of the skin carelessly), then this opinion is certainly wrong and not justified.

    The word syarthoh mihjam is a type of word zhahir and not abstruse. The meaning is immediately understandable and nothing is disguised.

    In the explanation of the books of the hadith the hadith is very clear. Ignorance of something cannot be an excuse to reject something. The solution comes from ignorance or ignorance.

    The ustaz asked us to explain at length about the nature of the premise of the hijamah and the technical point.

    According to the ustaz at the time, he told me that for two years he had never wanted to be hijamah because of trauma. He was very annoyed because there was no activity due to fever for three days.

    According to the cleric's confession, at that time he was arrested (hijamah) with a needle (lanchet). During the 30-minutes discussion, we explained at length to the ustaz.

    We also say that we are not from any group, we are only lovers of the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wasallam who began to be abandoned.

    We also assured the ustaz that if a fever or cold is hot then do not continue to blame hijamah hadith (cupping).

    But try to blame (correct) his cupping practitioners who do not understand and understand the nature of hijamah according to the shari’a. Then we pass the verse to the ustaz;

    وَمَا يَنْطِقُ عَنِ الْهَوَى إِنْ هُوَ إِلا وَحْيٌ يُوحَى

    “Nor does he (prophet Muhammad) speak out of (his own) desire, it is just a revelation that is revealed (to him) (The Star 3-4/Al Najm 3-4/ النجم)

    Alhamdulillah. With the permission and help of Allah the ustaz opened his heart and tried to hijamah. After more than an hour he did not have a fever and was cold.

    Finally all of his family, nephew, younger siblings, brother-in-law, and neighbors were invited to hijamah who used a scalpel.

    Likewise with some servants of God who have and often do hijamah with needles, after reading and understanding this paper, they switch to hijamah by incision or scalpel scratches.

    Therefore, the interpretation of the letter Quran The Confederates/Al Ahzab (الأحزاب) verse 36 confirms that;

    وَما كانَ لِمُؤمِنٍ وَلا مُؤمِنَةٍ إِذا قَضَى اللَّهُ وَرَسولُهُ أَمرًا أَن يَكونَ لَهُمُ الخِيَرَةُ مِن أَمرِهِم  وَمَن يَعصِ اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ فَقَد ضَلَّ ضَلالًا مُبينًا


    “A faithful man or woman may not, when Allah and His Apostle have decided on a matter, have any option in their matter, and whoever disobeys Allah and His Apostle has certainly strayed into manifest error”

    Hopefully this description becomes a guide for us all. The truth comes from God, God and His apostles are free from mistakes. What's wrong comes from our weak self.
